    Procedure of Selection of the Elective Courses for the Computers-RO and Computers-EN study programs

     

    1. Study advisors will notify the students about the start of the annual process of elective courses selection and will schedule the presentation of these courses by their corresponding lecturers.
    2. Each student will access the special "Elective Courses Selection" course through the Campus Virtual platform.
    3. Read the mini-guide that is found within the course.
    4. Complete all the "Elective Courses" quiz activities that are available.
    5. Send the final choices by pressing the "Submit all and finish" button. If the choices are not submitted by pressing the aforementioned button until the deadline specified by the approved calendar, the choices will have no effect.
    6. The allocation of the elective courses will be made according to the students' options, the general average established according to the procedure adopted at faculty level (https://ac.upt.ro/alegere-optionale/) and taking into account the number of unique subjects that will have to be allocated to each person corresponding to each package of elective courses.
    7. The results will be displayed on the page of the special elective course on the Virtual Campus according to the approved calendar.
    8. Contentions will only concern issues related to the procedure and can be submitted by email to the address secretariat@ac.upt.ro during the period established according to the approved calendar.
    9. The final results after resolving the contentions will be displayed on the page of the special elective course on the Virtual Campus according to the approved calendar.
    10. Any delay occurring in the process of publishing the preliminary results will lead to a corresponding postponement of the subsequent stages in the schedule.
